Added Soul Speed enchantment.
A new treasure enchantment obtained via bartering with piglins.
Only available for boots.
Allows faster walking on soul sand. However, the durability of the boots has a 4% chance to go down for each soul sand block stepped on.
Cannot be obtained from enchanting tables, naturally generated loots, or trading.
