Nice Reggie, way to short the market
sadly it looks like tqqq might fuck me, but we'll see tomorrow morning
I kept the bare minimum in my index fund to keep my perks, and moved everything else to a short-term inflation protected holding fund
I moved 1-2 days early, caught the market sitting at 28,700 or so
But now it's just the question of when/if I move back
kung flu gonna fuck up everything for a good while
puts on travel stocks are nice while its still spreading to different countries and nobody is travelling
I figure I'm hedging my bets against something major, if I miss out on 5% gains this year, but protect from a potential shit storm, it's worth it
But then again, I'm not really trying to make money in the market
yea im here for the money, and im trying to make back my losses from my other stocks tanking the past week
kinda made it back today, lost like 10% past week and gained back 8 or so
if i woulda gone heavy on puts at the start of the day i would have made a killing but oh well
It was a bit of a crapshoot though. Market could have rebounded today with everyone "buying at a discount"
