judging by the graph, it's ~$10K a month, minimum
from the 50%, who make more than the national average of 40k/year

so it's still probably in the low-mid 30s
ok, 2019 was ~$35K
I seriously think continuing to talk about loan forgiveness, is more damaging then just doing it
It's the same problem with the border, the longer you talk about securing it, the more people feel like they "have to get in now" before it's too late

who are taking absurd loans they don't need
banking on the government forgiving them

if you seriously think it's going to happen
it'd be missing out on a 6-figure payday for a lot of them
they buy into it though, because they know it's a crippling amount of debt
same reason I now people who have dropped to paying the minimum monthly payments on unsecured debt
because they too "feel loan absolvement coming"
it's legal, it's a financial gamble in both cases
but Leg, they come out ahead if they get a $200k writeoff
It's like health insurance, if you're one of the select few who get into a major accident
