I got a 30rd barrel for my Saiga12
It's fun to shoot
somethingabout barrel fed shotguns just feels right
actually have a buncha tracer and api m2 ball ammo, its fun to shoot but it lights the range on fire usually
The laws are lax enough around here, when I do eventually get a plot of land I'm going to setup a range on one end of the lot
northern MI has some good ranges where we can go do whatever fun stuff we want if nobody else is around
our actual ranges are nice (live next to NRA headquarters for crying out loud)
but they're crowded all hours of the day
yea
not that I mind,, when I just want to go shooting
but I can't do absolute stupid shit, like I could on my own land
the local range here is kinda tiny but at least its pretty quiet most of the time, idl shooting with a bunch of other people
I don't mind shooting with pros, lot of ex military and government contract killers around here
it's the other enthusiast I don't like being around
people who want to compare dicks, because they spent $20k on a rifle
It's funny, the number of FBI guys who shoot at the range, compared to the ex-soldiers
how accurate the goons are, compared to our armed forces
I need to practice more, I like long distance shooting but the range here isnt nearly big enough
no theyre fun
the same way I enjoy bowling, or some people enjoy darts, or golf
it's an accuracy "sport"
paper targets can get boring but set out all the fun metal things and its a good game
the downside, is it's expensive-ish
if you shoot exotic ammo
22 is the most fun to shoot tbh
can plink all day and not get tired
you can kill someone with a car too yet everyone owns those and they are also fun to drive
I feel like I appreciate the power guns have, which is why I appreciate American gun culture where everyone owns guns
something to be said about the right of everyone to own a physical equalizer
but going shooting for sport is more about the fun of hitting targets, and having fun
when a bunch of people start typing in response to xbrox Kappa
lol
>Says Gent, the non gun owner
I think most anti gun people would benefit from playing with them at a range for a day
If I'm ever in Canada, and somehow managed to sneak my small arsenal over the border , we'll got shooting xBrox
I'm sure there's scarry wild game up there
idk reggie, they don't seem to be good at following basic gun safety
or giant blocks of snow, if not animals
meese
Well youd have to teach them proper safety i suppose
Its not that hard
it shouldn't be
>don't look into teh barrel
>don't aim at people
>keep finger off the trigger, and clear gun
We'll build some snowmen to decimate then xBrox
sorry sorry, forgot this was Canada
snowpeople
idk Gent, if we're shooting slugs
and the animals literally explode
I think that's a bit offputting
most anti-gun people treat them like toys and tend to break at least two of the rules
xBrox, curious, how much snow is there one the ground where you are rn?
I have this image in my head they you're constantly snowed in, like in cartoons
and can't leave your house
yes
also
>living in a hotel
triggering my childhood memories watching Sweet Life of Zack and Cody
Id like to think that shes living in a hotel because her house has been buried
