rebooting doesn't even fix this anymore

installing windows updates fixed it, so i guess either windows is intentionally creating memory leaks to force updates, or its storing updates in the ram and pagefile without recording it in the Task Manager

both are stupid

i think they changed the fonts in the windows update because everything looks wrong now
