I've recently been told, that there are 3 types of "spicy"
but the kind you get from hot peppers is the only one I agree with
I don't think mustard seed, or horseradish/wasabi are "spicy"
The problem is, a lot of hot peppers taste terrible
we're lucky so many of the popular peppers taste good
All the cheap sauces, that just want to advertise how hot they are, use cheap shitty tasting peppers
lot of restaurants too
home made pepper sauces, are shit 90% of the time
i used to be huge on spicy stuff but then my european tongue decided to grow out of that
There's a mexican place near me, with 30+ hot sauces, all home made or locally sourced or something
I've yet to find a good one, that's not a simple jalapeno or habanero sauce
there are a lot of good peppers, it's just down to breeding, like Gent said
the good ones cost a lot though, disproportionately
excellent observation
I really like spicy food, so most of the ones I go for are thai chillis of some variety
I've been trying to grow some Carolina reapers too, becasue fuck paying to have them shipped from some asshole somewhere
and lol Gent
ha
that's a trap joke
i get it
you cant say that
you're an adult
act like one
it's ok i'm tired
hi tired
I was thinking kids
but traps work too
are you saying kids can't be traps
that usually happens here
chocolate is bad
