he's a skeptic
yes
@BallingerMom @YouTube @YTCreators @PhillyD (2/2) With regard to the actions that we've taken, even if your video is suitable for advertisers, inappropriate comments could result in your video receiving limited or no ads (yellow icon). Let us know if you have any questions.
youtube confirms it demonetises you if your comments are too toxic
let's all go and leave toxic comments on youtube's videos
YouTube should move away from monetization for everyone
I know it would fuck the "platform" but I don't care at this point
I don't give a shit about the thousands of people trying to make a buck on YouTube (sorry Vinny)
Ad supported models are; and always have been, dumb
I concur
I can't stand the never-ending YT outrage,
YT should double down and just say fuck all channels below 100K subs
Then, just vet those above 100k and group them into pools of suitability, dole out ads into each category (since there have to be ads for some reason)
all sfw content should just put a gif of some chick getting fucked and upload it on pornhub
I don't know what the solution is, mostly because of how unprofitable YouTube is
Open source won't fix it, and the tech's just not there for a distributed network
he could have been talking to me you jew
>block chain meme saving youtube
I genuinely don't have any idea what YouTube should do.
Despite how much YT I watch, I don't even know what the value of the "platform" even is
The cool part, the open access to videos, causes near zero drama
It's all the fucks trying to make a buck off their videos
Not even just the corporate ones either, everyone feels they deserve something for their videos
Somehow we need to setup a system similar to the old internet. Every just hosts their own videos and youtube functions as an agrigator for the links to individual peoples websites
idk
Techs not there Pika
I figured
Sites have tried
