100 is very easy
I probably visit 100 websites in a couple months
just 99% of those are shit I visit often

I wouldn't count pop-ups
if we just count sites I visit often
probably like 15
the problem is, you only really need a few sites for most things
like wikipedia
Most sites though, are just wordpress/tumblr blogs
are we counting all wordpress sites as 1 site

I do not really visit those types of sites
I find that wordpress sites are surprisingly common
