I know that's a regional thing, differs country-to-country
I mean, that's what I do
I use hourly
some might do yearly/monthly idk
I only ever see/hear people talk about annual pay
I think that's a very American thing
Now that I think about it, my family also talks about it hourly
and other people I talk with
so it is likely the more common method here
I think a one or two dollar hourly difference looks insignificant, even though I know that it makes huge difference over time
It's one of those obvious things that I just brush over
Also depends on how many hours you work
monthly can be thousands more if you do 2 more hours a day than another person for the same hourly
Canada does a 40 hour workweek, right?
