All the local schools here are closed for the day because of "high winds"
Didn't even know that was a thing.
Short of tornadoes, I'm not even sure how "high wind" really effects indoor classes.
All the schools around here have their own generators as far as I know
Everyone I work with is pissed, because 80% of people are at home with their kids
There are a lot of liberals and hippies, but it hasn't gotten that out of hand yet.
We live right next to one of the largest international airports in the country, flight are unaffected.
But schools, better close that shit
