If a squar matrix has two duplicate rows, is it not actually a squar matrix, since the two equations are just the same equation?
or rather, one row is a scalar multiple of the other
So even if two of the rows are just the same values, it is fine?
Let me rephrase I guess, would it affect matrix addition with another squar matrix of the same size
