Lots of reasons
Trump is not Hilary, and the media is pro-Hilary
Before it was down to those 2, they wanted someone republican who would fall in line easier

so he gets a lot of publicity, and anyone sick of the medias bullshit is gaining support for him
A lot of Berny supporters went either 3rd party or trump after the DNC leaks
Your election is a mess this time around
I think Trump getting it and changing the status quo is the best thing for America, so that next time around you can hope for actual copetent people
I did appreciate that bernie was a rare one who said what he believed and stuck by it.
