i like vgc rules specifically because of the pick 4 rule

why ban set up moves when it wastes a move to set up?

If your asking why I'm not particular to stealth rock, its mainly because it can with one use take up to half a pokemons hp out right, and unlike spikes (which are fine), rocks can't be avoided without rapid spin. it mainly limits viability to a number of pokemon (with a few exeptions)
