katana zero is a really good game

Beat katana zero relatively quickly, I think it was very good but for sure too short snd the story was meh but interesting, it sets up lots of mechanics/items too and only uses them once, especially since there's a level where you have an entirely different power. Seeing as how it ends with a "To be continued" i guess a second game will come

I'm guessing by that you'd rank it lower than the two Hotline Miami games

It suffers from: Not enough levels Not enough game length/replability Not enough bosses Hard = Throwing lots of enemies at you instead of a boss

It has three "bosses"

Two are way too easy

The final one, the final boss, takes like 5 mins to learn then you beat it

and it doesn't feel like a final boss

okay but not everyone is a gamer like you

It's the concept of the game

it's literally sekiro but instead of reviving

you go back in time

So after you hit her once, you go to the side, take down the turrets, do the same phases quickly then bam you're done

the area before it was harder

throwing a bunch of foes at you at once isn't fun

especially with no terrain

I really liked Hotline Miami 1, or remember liking it when it came out

But I've played 3 or 4 games since then, clearly inspired and all

none have nailed getting the speed right

It for sure requies you to go fast, but the uh, slow down time button exists

i didn't use it a lot tbh

The only time i slowed down time was to reflect a bullet with my katana

and I think the second game/dlc will be a lot more fun feeling

the ability that the other character has is really interesting and changes how the game is played

How much is it on steam?

I imagine like $10-$15

and from time stamps it looks like it took me like 3 hours? to beat the game

3 hours of fun for 15 usd

i cant really see that as a good purchase

Especially when it teases you a lot

if it had workshop maps or confirmed missions/free dlc maybe

It's implied she is? but your house becomes actually clean? and she's in the after credits? A lot of the surreal suppousedly imaginary stuff isreal sometimes and I can't tell

Yeah the really intricate plot where two masked men that are comedy and tragedy randomly fucking appear and give shitty exposition then kill like 50 people at once somehow and it's not explained at all
