I think it's actually a pretty bad video explaining the concept, and the game could end up being crap

No idea, it seems to have had a kickstarter and a playable alpha in the past, but It's Steam release was a week or two ago

starbound was a better terraria last time I played

i disagree about the better than terraria part tbh
I was never a terraria evangelical, Starbound seemed fine but wasn't immensely different from the little I played
