and you can turn combat manuals into 5*s

and you can merge combat manuals into 5*s now

you use to have to make them level 20 to promote

but they removed that requirement

I think I have enough small shards to 1->20 a thousand units before I come close to running out

It takes forever to +10 flower units

Only reason my nowi is +9 is because I have so many units that I got a lot of 40s
