we currently have nothing in our house besides sauces and hotdog buns

And cheese

so I took a hotdog bun

spread pizza sauce on it

and put cheese on it

and then put that in the microwave

gourmet cooking

It'll just get soggy won't it?

There’s something about the soggy bread

Pizza dough is dense enough to not get soggy normally

Then put it on a tray before assembling the pizza part, and finish it in the toaster (assuming it's a conventional oven)
