I'm glad that Rob has considered doing an unscripted campaign. The worst thing about Urealms is that all of the characters either start out as plot devices or turn into plot devices instead of actually being believable people.
Which will admittedly make some players shine and show the cracks in others.
Man, Megan must require a lot of upkeep
I'm not sure if Millbee can do anything but the "Hurr durr this looks fun" chaotic neutral type of character, and I'm not sure that Justin has enough self-awareness to do anything but reuse tropes. Someone like Deadbones or Roamin could really do some things with that kind of freedom, though.

I'm always surprised how much people donate. Even when I watch it, I'm usually not that interested in it that I would pay. Like it's not that worth it
