If you're making a good aligned character, then yes

Channeling negative energy does the opposite

Then there's spontaneous healing. You can swap out any of your currently prepared spells for a healing spell at any point

That means any spell of the health restoring spell (cure light wounds, cure moderate wounds, etc.)

Maybe I haven't explained this right. A cleric is a prepared caster. That means at the beginning of the day, a cleric gets to pick any spells on their spell list that they would like to cast that day, but after they pick them they're stuck with for the day. But a cleric also has the class feature "spontaneous casting", which allows them to swap out any spell they currently have prepared for a healing spell.

Well, the last part applies if they're a good cleric. An evil cleric gets to swap them out for harming spells
