I always appreciated in DS, being underleveled to a degree

It's harder to be good at sekiro than DS

and I think that's where it stems from

you can still do 0 beads 0 memory runs

and with DS, it's easier to just be a roll god

you can also do runs with bongo drums and DDR pads

People call DS "hard" which I don't truly agree with, but DS really is easier to become a "master" at

and sekiro has a difference in skill required

I find that being "hard" is an interesting discussion

due to the speed, and timing

Sekiro punishes you for going slow, DS punishes for going fast

to me, I will always enjoy the latter more

Sekiro also tests your memorization and rythem more

Dark souls you (usually) just need to remeber the direction you roll, I'd argue it's harder to memorize, and keep track of posture/hp/foe posture/hp than your stam and hp in DS

and enemy attack patterns being more complex

though to be fair, I'd argue DS punishes you more

for fucking up
