Borderlands 1 was one of my first "real" games

it was like, bopit, me, eevee, and paladin iirc

I like the characters, and jokes more in BL2

but BL1 is- was way more fun to play

BL1 also had less dumb empty areas

the cars were really pimped in 2

so they added all these extra barren wastelands

which gameplay wise, suck

BL2 also had

endless shitty DLC

LOOTBOXES

that existed to powercreep

and special KEY lootboxes

that you just cheated a gun that oneshot, or crashed people

I don't even remember the online, other than co-op

then if you joined someone's game

they shot it once and crashed everyone

because that's funnyt

I hacked golden keys, I remember

I am 100% sure BL3 will still be broken

and cheating will be easy

You can straight up create custom impossible weapons with save editors

the online had no checking or anticheat
