It took me wuite a while to realize that speedrunning would likely require rolling everywhere, which means jerking off the controller for hours.

rolling is like the only thing that usually happens when you input it

and even then it throws the hat half the time instead when you start it

if they had used more than half the buttons and not had mandatory motion controls it might have been decent

Eventually I'd just perform the combo well enough that I'd have the height I needed

Wall-jumping in general took me a while to get used to

theres some post game stars that actually require motion controls
