Cursed Arm Hassan (Warning!!)
WARNING: This is probably the dumbest crap you'll ever see today. I apologize if this kind of question isn't allowed, and I also apologize in advance for presenting this absolute dogshit to you and opening it for discussion, but it's been bugging me for days and I didn't get the chance to discuss it with anyone. It's not really related to the game, so feel free to ignore this if you're not interested or if you don't want cancer.

So, I just ascended my Cursed Arm Hassan to Stage 3, which reveals his cursed arm in his artwork. Upon looking it up, I learned that his arm/noble phantasm works this way (the game's video doesn't reveal much): By touching someone, Hassan is capable of creating a mirror image of his victim's heart (and possibly other organs as well), which is directly linked to the original. By doing so, he can crush the fake heart and consequently crush the original as well without laying a finger on it, thus killing his victim while bypassing all kinds of barriers and protections as he interacts only with the fake heart. He can also switch both hearts or consume the original to gain the owner's intelligence/skill, but that's not important.

My question is, what would happen if he used his massive arm to beat his meat? Like, would a second meat show up in his other hand? If so, would he be able to beat them both? Would he NUT through both of them? Would the balls be replicated as well? Would that be gay?
