honestly summer raikou wil;l be really good for you

you can use her with merlin or something and a 50% CE

and then buff someone for like

40% attack

90% buster

yeah I really like her kit

no battery but all of her skills are really good anyway

and her 2nd skill has the utility of beingable to buff someone else and remove debuffs
