Nasu decided to use ロムルス for Romulus, so that can't be the 5 characters long part. I haven't checked but I tihkn Ares and Mars are also 4 characters long. Moreover, it's Scathach=Skadi, not Skadi=Scathach.
I'm betting on Romulus=Quirinus, as that's Romulus' deified name and ロムルス=クィリヌス fits perfectly.Name fits perfect, same VA and same artist

romulus lore wise is incredibly strong so his final/semi divine form would be very very useful
