Still, if Celica can get ONE attack in, then she's better than Lilina. Which shouldn't be too hard. Lilina at starting +10 DB4 damage (no chill or buff) is 75. Celica's is 57. Quite the difference yeah, but once celica attacks ONCE, she reaches 64, can desperation/double most things too. So technically reaching a total of 128 (not counting res of the foe) damage. Which is pretty good

The 75 for lilina came from DB4 and attack +3 seal, so just 70 without the +3 and DB4
