heavy blade allows hiim to keep up in specials if you prefer defualt weapons

if using special cooldown weapon, fire emblem doesnt help as much, but allows him to match her

but heavyblade + his defualt weapon allows him to surpass ayra easily

so I have to waste a heavy blade sael on him and I can't give him +3 speed

also I have to proc my special the turn before

to get buffs

he makes up for that speed with fire emblem?
