Starting stats, you need one merc, or should have one atleast and it helps if he is one, more attack, thats more helpful for a merc than a bow because bows crit much more

You have to also realise Kliff is good as either, or really good as either, but is probably better as bow due to his lower attack growth since he can rely on his crit
