It gets easier once you are in tier 18+ arena and can always get full defense and offense

I just run my offense team as defense

my team is worth a lot of points, so only tier 18-20 people fight it

and my team is good at killing at least 1 unit

which causes most people to surrender since they are aiming for high scores

I do not understand why people surrender after that

so I get anywhere from 2-10 arena defenses a season

at 20, since score is a range, and you can get higher or lower possible scores per chance

you need to waste swords aiming for higher scores

if a fight is not worth enough score, you just surrender before accepting

and try again

staying in tier 20 is 4k feathers

whereas moving from 19-20 is 3k

and falling back from 20-19 is 3k iirc

so I think what is optimal is getting to 20, then going back to 19 continuously
