you unlock something called the weapon refinery and the sacred seal forge iirc

weapon refinery is how you can power up your units

weapon thing allows you to upgrade certain weapons and make them stronger

and seals are free stats/abilities you can apply to 1 unit

seals are like skills but you can move them- yeah
