I know earth temple is mirror shield dungeon

You can do those without master sword, but in non randomizer it is after the master sword

you need the iron boots and the gauntlets

to get into those two

dungeon order iirc is forsaken, dragon roost, forest, tower of the gods, forsaken again, then wind and earth in either order you want

I stopped at Dragon Roost in my playthrough of HD

I like the game a lot, but i think it's probably unbearable as an adult without any swift sail

plus changing wind every time

I can live with the wind changes and normal sail.

normal sail mainly because I know about sail pumping

specifically that dungeon is obnoxious because if you fall in certain rooms you have to do most of the dungeon again
