You can do those without master sword, but in non randomizer it is after the master sword

dungeon order iirc is forsaken, dragon roost, forest, tower of the gods, forsaken again, then wind and earth in either order you want

I can live with the wind changes and normal sail.

normal sail mainly because I know about sail pumping

specifically that dungeon is obnoxious because if you fall in certain rooms you have to do most of the dungeon again

I jump hammer single enemies, side hammer groups

or for some reason just press hammer
