The problem more so is

I think dunkey has it half right

the game is beutiful

the combat is fine

its very good int hose departments

i think killing joel could of worked fine

and the dual narrative between the two characters also could of worked

but the problem is how they try to make ellie look "evil"

game should have been 100% from Cuckman's inserts perspective

I'll put aside that I think a lot of people who say they "like" LoU2's story would say that regardless of what the story was From the 60% or so of the game I've watched, there's not a single character who I give a shit about. None of Ellie's crew has even the tiniest interesting or likable thing about them.

LoU 1 could have ben longer

there were parts of the story which could have been extended

but at the end of the game, Joel and Ellie's story is over

I also saw that they edited the trailer footage to how old joel when it was actually younger joel in flashback scenes

to make it seem like he was in the game more

there's a big overlap, between the people who like this game
