no always up but no soloing bosses that don't spawn naturally

journey mode so you turn off natrually spawns

unless those bosses are trivial

my other problem with big leg hsoted server is

terraria with more than 4 people (i.e. fire and pika and whoever else would probably join) becomes a mess because everyone has to pull their own weight + limited acsessories

if it does what I want it to my server will use it

locked difficulty and master boss drops

if you look at the video when chippy is changing the diffuculty the amount of slots you have changes so pretty sure it will disable itself if you lower it below expert
