I get that, my point is that the cost is negligible

even using their weird hybrid HLN-DASH encoder they use now
all?
I thought it still was 30 days
I thought it was 90 days for partners
unless they increased it
So explain to me the tiers
Nothing --- affiliate --- partner
those three?
can affiliates serve ads?
ad free twitch is free to begin with
only retards do not run some form of adblock
The reason I think the rule is TREMENDOUSLY dumb
is it's anticompetitive
multistreaming should be enocuraged
especially by big channels
Twitch MAKES money on each of these channels
from a consumer point of view
there is nothing to gain for us from that
for them, sure
this is anti that
they are the bad kind of capatilism
if a better service existed twitch should have to improve their service to compete
yeah there you go, better service exists, then twitch could make their rules more appealing
if someone had the infrastructure to set up something exactly as good as twitch, but none of the fucky rules
they should dominate
hard for you to have that when twitch forces users to stay with them or risk losing their income
1) I think the """value""" that Twitch places upon itself; beside being a big platform, is minimal at best
I don't think they really provide partners that much more value over any random streamer to 5 viewers
2) I think the concept, that Twitch will restrict entering into a business relation with somebody, because they enter into business relations with other companies is bad and a failure of capitalism
3) I like monopolies a lot, I like Twitch a lot, I'd rather they became a monopoly off of the service they provided and not by bullying streamers
4) I think it's gay VODs aren't saved by default, forever (requiring highlights is dumb)
5) I think Twitch culture is pretty cancer at this point, I get that you're way more into the site than I am, but I don't like that they've become so corporate as a company.
The first two are my only real points
Yes
let them stream everywhere
that's my point
exclusives are dumb
I want to watch on Twitch
let everyone stream on Twitch
even if they also use YT, Mixer, Facebook, Phijkchu.live, whereever
yes
