After doing all the runs I wanted to do in the outer worlds

solid 8/10

I wish byzantium had more content and the quests in it had more choices, groundbreaker still feels like the best area in the game

monarch and edgewater feel like the only actual areas in the game as in to explore

A lot of good stuff though, I wish using stuff other than plasma had a use

reputation doesnt really do a lot

the holographic shroud makes sneak useless

i had about 100k~ bits at the end of every playthrough

Pistols and assault rifles did me good

as in on mags

by moding it

on supernova or hard, normal bullets/shock are about 25% as good as plasma

it's really unbalanced

yeah it's still find but

no reason to use it over plasma is the problem

You also can't play with N ray until the last 10 mins

and corrosive is only on like 3 things

I never really used plasma guns

did you not modify your own guns

i never really used the base plasma guns

but the plasma mod is what is op

Adding the plasma mod never really seemed to matter to me

uh

it gives like 20% more damage base

and does more damage to living foes

I had a gun of zap plasma and corrosive I think

which is 80% of the game

And they all did about equal damage

when I really noticed it is when uh

like level 25~

I put zap on a gun, like 600~ dps

I don’t think I ever modded the same types of guns

I played a lot with the mods

No true silencer is a big sad

and uh

6x scope is end game

I put that on and it was too much

I think my assault rifle was zap and it was like

1.6k dps

Intimidate was not very useful

I only used it a handful of times

I mostly used persuade

i think uh

fallout style speech would of been better

lie shows up too much
