Find a good deal in that range
Paying $60 for a 600watt vs $75 for an 850
All I'm pointing out, is to pick whatever he finds a good deal on
GPU, I'd look at the Nvidia RTX Super cards, unless you see a good deal on a last gen RTX card
for fans I have the 2 from my current case, and if i need more i can get more
2060 Super Is $399, with some bundle deals
You can step down to a 1660 or 1070
or step up to a 2070, since I'd say you should avoid 1080s and 1080tis
