are wings the most worthless equip now?

Now the dev needs to come up with a concept taht is bad early game and bad late game
regen is a bit too low

I don't get how I'm supposed to heal
the fungus that lets you (((stand still))) is bad
lifesteal is meh
there are the ones that heal you after taking dmg
and the nerf makes slug pretty worthless, since it's 300% base
that's the hp orb one?
yeah, those are balanced well
