i finished Link's Awakening, the final boss is easy when you know it already, but that doesn't make it good.

The game teaches you to reflect projectiles with a shield, but you have to use your sword in the boss fight. The game establishes how to fight round single-eyed bosses with pegasus boots, but you can use magic powder only in the fight. There is no precedent on how to fight the random Ganon phase. The only reused enemy is the easiest boss and a thing that is trivialized by the boomerang.

The final phase is good though
