I have used the sword of creator like 3 times at most
and the bow claude gets only during the first fight of that month
you will use that bow
alot more
I used it up on the first mission post-timeskip
mostly for story reasons
the wiki has 14
so I guess it's wrong
spooky's first mistake was using the wiki

I think 21 counts the non-obtainable relics
