you can move good in the sand
dismount actually had a better purpose in thracia
where you couldnt enter indoor areas with mounts
fliers lose speed
horses gain speed
it also gives fliers terrain bonuses if you dismount
it gives deficits to movement
horses can move like 2 spaces
