I was hoping to find a "No Steam no buy" review
But I couldn't
Aside from the shitty journal aspect, Morrowind also has really good quests
Oblivion has Summerset isle, and some other standouts
The biggest puzzle of all, is using your journal
The journal would work, if you weren't encouraged to hoover up all the quests in the land
There's no way to make a journal system work, while still keeping the idea of old-school quest givers
