Revolver is the best sniper for sure
That and shotgun are all I use
I can two-pump-chump just about anything, but yes, in human centric areas it's not the greatest

Catfish were the worst, husks/ghouls or whatever are second for sure though

I spent two hours getting sniped by shrimp in the first map
At least the range attack on the husks is pretty shit
If they didn't respawn, I wouldn't hate them so much
