i dont think it ruins the story really of 2? but 2 will be more "mysterious" if you dont play chain of memories

there's no way a game that was in development for over a decade was going to be good

I think I'm mostly dissapointed that it isn't hard

If they made it for diehard fans- it would probably be the best in the series
