it's definitely not a straight asset rip or porting
I can't even find where I heard this by searching because someone made a fallout 4 mod to recreate the 76 experience

On their homepage they have that little news bulletin for the anime
I had forgotten just how bad the new anime design/art looks
I'll always love serebii for being the good Pokemon site
But Bulbapedia's layout for a lot of things is just better
