The newest wow expansion is focused a lot on pvp

Tera is the best still for pve, but it not only takes a bunch of time to get gear and gold, but you will have to do a bit of research in 3rd party programs

i'll say that ff14 is the best for pve. Not only is the content unique and challenging, but you don't need 3rd party programs to play it
