well the first thing is ASUS motherboards are bad

So you said you could go into the BIOS

And that video was you not doing anything after powering on

probably update your bios

I'd first check to see if you could safe boot

After that, I'd try running a MEM/PWR test, or whatever ASUS calls it now

Then I'd try taking your video card out, and seeing if you could boot on a low-power system

Then I'd try flashing the BIOS

if this is happenening on startup then the issue has something to do with the disc holding your operating system being corrupted

If it can safe boot, you'll need a new HDD, but you can recover from the old one probably

it should be easily recoverable but i don't know how to do it

If you can't it's probably a power issue
