Do Octopath Chapter 2 bosses scale like chapter 1 bosses did?

The recommended level doesn't go up but that also didn't happen for the 2nd chapter 1 boss you fought, which did clearly scale

no idea, i've been the suggested level for all of them

olberic chapter 2 is pretty great

man the difference in damage you deal when you aren't buffed compared to when you are, is insane

But you can use the skills you acquired

the only downside is the JP cost for the skills
