it is how I deal with 70% of encounters

bp transfer, nuke with cyrus

have tressa with speed boosting accessory and on the first turn she can give 2 BP to cyrus, who can then max charge the enemy wekness

right now i have Olberic and cyrus out of my party so i can level other characters and i notice my fights are suddenly less easy

both the healers,

I do not heal that often

I will pop a 4 bp boosted heal when everyone is almost dead sometimes

but other than that, healing skills are mostly used out of battle
