You can teach the speed skill to any unit you want bopit
once you learn it on the unit who has it
bopit, you can end up crashing the game with a number of characters
its just easyer with lyn
it's not a big deal though, personal skills are more important than stats in the endgame

with how fast olivia is fighting, I think she would also be broken with the speed skill
